This Privacy Policy explains how SlowSystems and its operator, Drachenberg LLC, handle information on slowsystems.app.

Privacy and data-subject requests may be submitted through the website contact form.
Depending on how the website is used and the choices made by the visitor, SlowSystems may process page and click analytics, browser and device information, IP-derived security metadata, requested URLs, timestamps, referrer information, and information voluntarily entered into the contact form.
The contact form may process inquiry type, name, email address, organization, message, submission time, and technical metadata required for delivery and abuse prevention.
Website delivery, security, fraud prevention, debugging, and operational reliability are processed on the basis of legitimate interests. Contact inquiries are processed to take steps at the request of the sender and, where applicable, on the basis of legitimate interests in responding to business and technical inquiries.
Optional Umami website analytics are activated only after the visitor grants analytics permission through the website preference interface. Permission may be refused or changed later through Analytics settings in the footer.
After permission, Umami Cloud may be used for aggregate page views and selected business-relevant navigation events. Analytics events are not intended to contain names, email addresses, organization details, message contents, health information, EEG data, or Turnstile tokens.
SlowSystems does not use analytics events for advertising profiles, cross-site tracking, or the sale of visitor data. Visitors who choose Only necessary are not included in Umami page-view or event collection.
Contact messages are processed through a server-side endpoint and may be delivered through Resend or an equivalent transactional email provider. The form accepts learning-platform pilot, teacher or learning-coach collaboration, SDK or device-integration, and other legitimate inquiries.
Do not submit student records, health data, EEG data, credentials, passwords, financial information, or confidential third-party material through the public contact form.
Cloudflare Turnstile is loaded only when the interactive contact form is displayed. The backend validates the Turnstile token, expected action, permitted hostname, and token timestamp before email delivery.
Turnstile and related security systems may process IP address, browser and device signals, request metadata, and challenge results for abuse prevention.
The website may use Cloudflare for hosting, content delivery, security, and technical logs; Umami for permission-based analytics; and Resend for transactional contact delivery. These providers process data only as required to provide their respective services and subject to their applicable terms and data-protection arrangements.
Drachenberg LLC and some service providers are based in the United States. Personal data may therefore be processed outside the EEA, United Kingdom, or Switzerland. Where required, transfers are based on an adequacy mechanism, contractual safeguards, or another legally permitted transfer mechanism.
Contact inquiries are retained only for as long as reasonably necessary to respond, document the business discussion, protect legal claims, or comply with applicable obligations. Security and hosting logs are retained according to operational necessity and provider settings. Analytics retention follows the configured analytics service settings.
Data may be deleted earlier when it is no longer required, subject to legal retention duties and the need to protect or defend legal claims.
Depending on applicable law, individuals may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or object to processing; to receive portable data; to withdraw consent where processing relies on consent; and to lodge a complaint with a competent supervisory authority.

This public website is not a student account system and is not intended to collect learning records, student records, health data, EEG data, medical records, or diagnostic information. The planned phase-one device integration is limited to adult learners and requires separate privacy, consent, retention, access-control, security, and data-processing documentation before any closed beta.
